Working on gestures at lunch, new ‘rule’ 'Punches work better when drawn towards the reader’. Not sure that’s always true, but it seemed to be at lunch. http://ift.tt/22yMK5O
I came across this tonight and figured I’d share since Stan Lee had a birthday recently. My limited hardcover of the Lee/Moebius Silver Surfer signed by both with a drawing from Moebius. http://ift.tt/1VoOVUB
Snow Day Doodles part 1 Central Oklahoma has been hit with ice this weekend so I am home listening to audiobooks and drawing today. Tomorrow I’ll pay the piper when I get to the office. http://ift.tt/1MDqQTe
We got Thai food for lunch and I was drawing my wife, but the food came before I finished. The pad Thai was excellent so I’m glad she suggested it. http://ift.tt/1TjwUFU
Page one of Hockey Mom written by Walter Barker. We had holiday company this weekend so I took the day off work to get some comics done. http://ift.tt/1Ikv8UD
I’m tired of looking for a new car so yesterday I spent some time cleaning up my ‘09 Civic Si. It’s a great car and I’m not surprised I can’t find anything I want to trade it for. http://ift.tt/1JmKqCU
A page of Daredevil doodles I drew while watching the latest episode of Fargo. I’m trying to develop muscle memory for proportion and form and hopefully a little gesture also. http://ift.tt/1XUUr11
This weekend has been busy. Saturday I was at Speeding Bullet Comics signing Team: Awesome! with writer Matthew Price. Before the signing we test drove a new Miata. It was a fantastic driving car, but it’s really small. We fit fine in it, but I’m not sure all my stuff does! http://ift.tt/1HPE583
Struttura Uomo lesson 11: O Patella If you’ve been following along I imported this book from Italy a few weeks ago. I picked up my copy for $60, but I see now copies online go for over $200. Modesty prevents me from taking credit, but it is a funny coincidence. http://ift.tt/1HFvoNu
