Lately in my sketchbook I’ve been experimenting with more tone in my pencil work. Last night I was looking at some reprints of The Shadow pulps and I wanted to try something similar to the ‘grease pencil’ interior illustrations and so drew this in my #strathmore #sketchbook with an old Wolff carbon pencil I had laying around.
