This week was the first time I was able drive my Subaru WRX for any length of time on really slick roads. It performed great, I never got in a situation where it couldn’t get traction to go. When the AWD wasn’t quite enough, the traction control kicked in and got me going. Stopping on the slick stuff could get a little dicey, but it was definitely avoidable by watching the surface and your speed. I did go around a lot of corners sideways but it was controllable. The only time I felt out of control was when I slid sideways down a steep drive into an empty parking lot, but I was going too fast and this was on purpose. Driving my WRX in some slick stuff really made me appreciate what the car is all about. https://ift.tt/dAE2Dn7 https://ift.tt/xqauE1r
