I purchased it at Pearl Paint in NYC, one of many art supplies stores in the city that have gone out of business since we’ve been visiting. It’s strange when you carry a sketchbook for so long because you see a progress in your work and you cringe at the first part of the book. It’s tempting to abandon it and start on a sketchbook with ‘only good stuff’, but to me that feels dishonest with myself.
