Anyone who knows me knows I carry a sketchbook everywhere and I’m super picky about which one I use. @cansonpaper_northamerica makes great sketchbooks but I recently ‘hacked’ a Canson spiral bound Art Book Universal by unbending the wires slightly and adding about 60 sheets from an identical sketchbook. 7”x 10” is a great size for a daily carry sketchbook and the additional pages give the book a heft the original lacked. I’m guessing there is about 150 sheets in the book now, so this might last until summer. #sketchbook #sketching #instaart #CansonPaper #CansonFeaturedArtist #DixonTiconderoga #Ticonderoga @cansonpaper @dixonticprang (at Super Giant Art) http://bit.ly/2RlEapg

This is my 2018 sketchbook. Last year the folks at Canson Paper sent me an assortment of sketchbooks, including some smaller versions of their ‘Art Book hardbound sketchbook. The 8 ½ x 11 black sketchbook is an artist staple and I am convinced this is the best version you can purchase and so I recently picked this up to start off 2018 with. #sketchbook #sketch #sketching #draw #drawings #illustration #illustrator # #CansonPaper #CansonFeaturedArtist #DixonTiconderoga #Ticonderoga @cansonpaper @dixonticprang (at Super Giant Art)
