Sketches from Minnesota

It's been awhile since I've updated my blog. The last few months I've been busy with work and travel. I carry a sketchbook with me everywhere and I love to draw from life. Here are some sketches from our trip to Minneapolis.

 

The Gathering

This is a few pages of a story I drew for GrayHaven Comics. This was all drwn in Manga Studio and was the first time I have used the program professionally. It made a lot of things much easier, especially adding the tone. I was also able to reuse some elements such as the compass and the dresser.
