Our local grocer has these bags for meat and I love this illustration style. When I was in school, I figured I’d spend my career drawing this sort of thing. Now any spot illustrations are rare. Anyone know what this style of art is? I used to see it in lots of clip art books. Drawing the muscle groups of the forearm is very challenging. Because the bones rotate, the muscles change size based the position of the hand. Draw From Your Head by Doug Jamieson is great at breaking down anatomy into drawable shapes. And it’s done… With that the last issue of Heaven’s Rejects comes to an end for now. Now it’s off to the colorist and then to the publisher. We don’t know where we’ll be in the schedule. I’ve been told by people wiser than me that once the comic starts coming out it will all happen fast. I feel like a castaway throwing a message with a bottle in the ocean. I don’t know what will happen with our little story of 3 angels who are cast to earth.
