I’ve been working a little this week on the pod. It’s hard to get pictures because when you sit in it the foliage surrounds you, but these kinda help. Also imagine the lights blinking and the ambient sounds of the jungle. Working on the sensory enhancement chair. Most of the exterior is going to be covered with leaves, but I wanted to black out the top portion to minimize the amount of light leaking in. Michelle and I finally had the chance to visit Mixtape/Factory Obscura and it’s really cool. It’s an interactive art museum that I could have spent all day exploring. If you know it’s in The Womb, the galley/practice space owned by Wayne Coyne/The Flaming Lips. Over the summer this was home of The King’s Mouth, a metallic tree housing a cool light/soundshow. My only regret is today I was wearing a heavy coat and with all the climbing and crawling it got really warm. Still it’s really cool.
